Peer SupportÌý

• Online Group: This group is designed to offer both peer support and valuable information. Each session includesÌýan information segment and an open peer support discussion.ÌýIt’sÌýa safe space where members can share their experiences, challenges,ÌýprogressÌýand practical tips. This online forum is open to everyone, no matter where you are, offering engaging discussions and opportunities to gather information.Ìý

• WhatsApp Group:ÌýOur peer support WhatsApp group brings the network together informally and offers a safe space for members to chat with and support each other.Ìý

• In Person Peer Support Groups: Our weeklyÌýpeer meet-up in Dublin and monthly peer meet up in Cork offer a welcoming space forÌýface-to-faceÌýsocial engagement and support. These peer-led gatherings are perfect for building friendships, sharingÌýexperiencesÌýand supporting each other on recovery journeys. WhetherÌýyou’reÌýseeking connection, encouragement, or a friendly chat, these meet-ups provide meaningful peer support in a relaxed and supportive environment.ÌýWe’reÌýexcited to expand to new locations in 2026, making these meet-ups accessible to even more members.Ìý

• In-Person Fitness Classes: These sessions take place in a gym and focus on improving coordination, balance, strength, and overall fitness. Our trained experts will assess you when you start and provide a progress update after 12 weeks. (Please note that access to the gym program requires preliminary screening for suitability and approval from your GP or healthcare professional.)Ìý

• Vocational Return to Work Programme:ÌýAÌý6 weekÌýcourse offering guidance and practical support to help participants explore, prepareÌýforÌýand return to meaningful work or community engagement.Ìý

• 1:1 Vocational Return to Work Coaching:ÌýIndividual sessions to helpÌýidentifyÌýgoals, buildÌýskillsÌýand navigate the path back to meaningful work.Ìý

• HERO’s Journey Programme:ÌýAnÌý8 weekÌýcourse that focuses on the cognitive, social, and emotional aspects of recovery. It supports participants to recognise the resilience they have built and learn new skills for the next phase of their journey.Ìý
